Assignment and confirmation procedure

Goal

carrying out the procedure for assigning and confirming full and/or partial professional qualifications by the Information Technology and Cyber Security Qualification Center of the State Research and Development Institute of Cyber Security Technologies

Stages of the procedure of assignment and/or confirmation of professional qualifications

acceptance by the qualification center of the State Research and Development Institute of the State Special Service of the application for the assignment/confirmation of professional qualifications and other documents submitted by the applicant in relation to the acquired competencies and/or training results;
an interview with the applicant regarding acquired competencies and/or learning outcomes, knowledge on labor protection issues, taking into account the specifics of the profession and/or qualification. During the interview, learning outcomes such as communication and responsibility and autonomy (general competencies in accordance with the standard chosen by the applicant) are determined. The interview can be conducted both through free communication with the applicant and with the help of other methods (for example, testing or answers to pre-prepared questions). The result of the interview is the following conclusion: passed;
did not pass making a decision on the possibility of carrying out the assessment procedure;
carrying out the assessment procedure;
making a decision based on the results of the assignment/confirmation procedure and issuing the corresponding document.

The procedure for the recognition in Ukraine of professional qualifications obtained in other countries in order to facilitate the realization of the right of Ukrainian citizens, foreigners and stateless persons, in particular refugees and persons in need of additional or temporary protection, to employment and professional activities is regulated by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 02 June 2021 No. 576 "On approval of the Procedure for recognition in Ukraine of professional qualifications obtained in other countries".
