Evaluators engaged by the qualification center of the State Research and Development Institute of the State Special Service on the basis of an employment contract, and/or persons employed under a civil law contract.
The level of qualification of evaluators must not be lower than the level of professional qualification for which the applicant claims to be assigned/confirmed. Each member of the commission must have at least three years of work experience in the type of occupation (profession) of the assessed professional qualification. If a new qualification is assessed that was previously absent in the country, then the requirements for a member of the commission regarding professional work experience are determined for similar and available in practical occupations, which belong to the same class (in some cases, subdivision) of the National of the Classifier of Ukraine DK:003 "Professions Classifier".
